Placing an order

Placing an order on our website is safe and easy. We use the latest technologies to ensure the security of your visit. We accept all cards through our payment providers Stripe and PayPal on our website. You can also pay in 4 interest-free installments up to €2,000.

Shipping options

At checkout, you can select different services:
– for Anolyte orders: Colissimo and pickup points.
– for AMD IonCleanse products: UPS direct from the United States.

With our same-day shipping target, delivery times are 2 to 4 business days for Anolyte and 6 to 10 business days for detoxification products.

*UPS only delivers to physical addresses. They cannot deliver to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Signature required

We ship all orders over €500 with signature required. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the delivery. You will receive tracking information once your order has been processed for shipment. You can also sign up for UPS My Choice and take control of your deliveries.

International shipments

AMD has shipped products to dozens of countries worldwide without issue. Depending on where you order from, some shipping services may not be available. The shipping fees calculated by the website do not include brokerage fees, taxes, duties or customs charges. It is your responsibility to pay these charges when your package arrives. Tracking your order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will automatically receive an email notification with tracking information. Please add ioncleanse.eu to your safe-senders list to make sure the email is not delivered to your spam/junk folder.
