Return Policy

IonCleanse® Premier® and Solo packs

A Major Difference (“AMD”) accepts returns of IonCleanse® Premier® and Solo® packs up to 60 days after the order delivery date for a full refund, less shipping costs (international customers, see below for a note on exchange-rate changes). At AMD’s discretion, any damaged or missing components may be deducted from the return amount. This offer is limited to customers who have not previously returned their system for a refund.
“The return is valid only if the package is received by AMD in the United States before the 60-day deadline from the delivery date expires. Any return arriving after this date cannot be accepted, regardless of the shipping date.”

Shipping costs

All shipping costs, including return shipping, are non-refundable. Costs incurred to return undeliverable packages to AMD will be deducted from any refund owed.

Claims

Any claim regarding damaged, missing or defective products must be reported to AMD within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

Exchange-rate changes

Money-back guarantee offers are denominated in US dollars only. AMD is not responsible for exchange-rate changes that may affect the refund value in your local currency for a returned product.
