Return policy

IonCleanse® Premier® and Solo® packs

A Major Difference (“AMD”) accepts returns of IonCleanse® Premier® and Solo® packs up to 60 days after the order delivery date for a full refund less shipping charges (international customers, see below for a discussion of exchange rate changes). At AMD’s discretion, any damaged or missing components may be deducted from the return amount. This offer is limited to customers who have not already returned their system for a refund.

Shipping costs

All shipping charges, including return shipping, are non-refundable. Costs incurred in returning undeliverable packages to AMD will be deducted from any refund due.

Claim

All claims for damaged, missing or defective products must be reported to AMD within 14 days of receipt of shipment.

Changes in exchange rates

Money-back guarantee offers are in U.S. dollars only. AMD is not responsible for exchange rate changes that may affect the refund value in your local currency for a returned product.
